Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rosopo, a progressive web application for local repair shops to manage jobs, share ETAs, and keep customers informed. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

Rosopo is intended for legitimate repair businesses and their authorized staff in India. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to register a shop account.

Your account

  • You are responsible for activity under your shop account and for keeping access to registered mobile numbers secure.
  • OTP codes are for your use only. Do not share them with unauthorized persons.
  • Information you provide about your business must be accurate and kept up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Rosopo for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload false job data or mislead customers about repair status.
  • Attempt to access other shops' data or disrupt the platform.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems without permission.

Customer tracking links

Tracking links give customers read-only visibility into job progress you publish. You control when links are shared. Rosopo is not a party to repair contracts between your shop and customers; you remain responsible for service quality, pricing, and device custody.

Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

Limitation of liability

Rosopo is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits, device damage, or customer disputes handled outside the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
