Rosopo is a job-tracking platform for local repair shops. We are committed to protecting the privacy of shop owners, staff members, and customers who use our service.
Information we collect
- Shop accounts: business name, category, address, phone number, operating hours, and staff details you provide during onboarding.
- Job data: device details, repair notes, costs, status updates, ETAs, and payment status for jobs you create.
- Customer tracking: when you share a tracking link, customers can view job status without creating an account. We store the tracking token and job progress shown on that page.
- Authentication: mobile numbers and one-time passwords (OTPs) used to sign in owners and staff.
- Reviews: optional star ratings and comments submitted by customers after a repair is complete.
How we use information
We use collected data to:
- Provide job tracking, ETA updates, and customer notifications.
- Authenticate shop owners and staff securely via OTP.
- Generate tracking links and display repair progress to customers.
- Improve reliability, performance, and product features.
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting, SMS/OTP delivery) strictly to operate the service. Customer tracking pages show only the job details your shop chooses to share via the tracking link.
Data retention
Job and account data is retained while your shop uses Rosopo and for a reasonable period afterward to support backups, disputes, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your shop account by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure session handling. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong device locks and do not share OTP codes.
Your choices
- Shop owners can update business and profile details in the app.
- Customers interact only through tracking links you send.
- You may contact us to access, correct, or delete account data where applicable under local law.
